III Polish Championships in Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness will take place in Grodzisk Mazowiecki on 09th of November 2025.

Time: Sunday, 09 November 2025 , gates open at  8:00am .

Polish Championships will be organized into 2-3 hour blocks by category, followed by an awards ceremony for the completed block.

An official on-stage ceremony for 100% of the competing competitors will take place between blocks.

Overall finals, WNBF PRO cards awarded.

Tickets:

Tickets for guests and family members of athletes are priced at €29 (PLN 128) compared to the public ticket price.

These tickets are reserved for the best ticket sector, the main sector directly in front of the stage. Tickets for fans will be more expensive during the public ticket sale, and side sectors will also be available.

As organizers, we are also ensuring that your family and friends have priority access to tickets and that, while you are on stage, they will have the opportunity to approach the front of the arena (behind the judges’ panel) to take photos, videos, and legally cheer you on. This only applies to tickets for guests and family members of athletes in the main sector.

Ticket revenue is intended to support the organization of the 2026 competition. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the box office on-site. Online sales are only available while the public is available. Priority for ticket reservations is given to competitors at the time of registration. After registration, it will not be possible to rebook a ticket „per competitor,” so please carefully consider who you would like to invite to the competition or who of your friends would like to reserve a seat for at their own expense.

We encourage competitors to take advantage of this option, as the capacity of the main section is relatively small and can only accommodate approximately 600 people. After registration closes, any unused tickets will be sold through the ticketing system on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to the specific nature of the WNBF federation and mandatory polygraph tests, the number of competitors is limited to 200.

ATTENTION! Interested in Classic Physique? This is the only category in the WNBF Poland federation where an athlete is subject to a weight limit based on their height . This means that to be eligible to compete in Classic Physique on the day of the official weigh-in (the evening before the start), they cannot weigh more than the specified limit, determined using the following formula: y = 0.0007x^2 + 0.84x – 98.8

So, for example, a 183 cm tall athlete cannot weigh more than 78.36 kg at the official weigh-in.

*If the weight limit is not met, the competitor will receive compensation for the Classic Physique entry fee or will be moved to the additional OPEN category if he or she so wishes.

 

Combining Categories:

Since these are debuts for most competitors, we encourage them to compete more than once to gain experience and determine which category provides the most satisfaction. This is especially true since additional categories are only 50% of the cost of the main category.

For example, there is nothing stopping Junior U24 from taking part in U24 Men’s Physique, U24 Bodybuilding and choosing the Bodybuilding OPEN or Classic Physique OPEN category (if he meets the weight limit).

Or for a Men’s Physique OPEN competitor to qualify in the Classic Physique OPEN (if he meets the weight limit).

ATTENTION! Those interested in Classic Physique!

This is an additional category, so the competitor must choose any Men’s Physique or Bodybuilding as his base category and if he expects to make the weight limit, he can add Classic Physique to the list of categories he has chosen.

 

During Polish Championships WNBF PRO CARD can only be won in the OPEN categories. We expect around 10 WNBF PRO cards winners at this super pro qualifier.

 

Anti-doping:

Before entering the competition, each competitor must undergo a professional polygraph examination  , also known as a lie detector, to verify the competitor’s purity throughout their career. (The polygraph procedure is described in detail below.)

All winners and randomly selected competitors will be subject to physical anti-doping testing both during the competition and during the off-season.
Samples will be collected by specially trained personnel and verified by WADA-accredited laboratories .

By taking part in the WNBF Polish Championships, the athlete consents to being subjected to a random anti-doping testing program during the off-competition period.

WNBF Polska reserves the right to make research results publicly available.

All costs of testing physical samples are borne by WNBF Polska.

 

Verification:

The verification of competitors takes place before the polygraph tests on October 31 – November 08 , 2025 , with the exception of a double verification of weight in the case of competitors competing in bodybuilding and classic physique, the final weigh-in takes place on Saturday evening (Nov 08) before the technical briefing of all competitors.

All competitors are asked to take their height or weight measurements dressed in their competition gear, as this is part of the verification process.

Bodybuilding and classic physique competitors are asked to email kontakt@wnbf.pl a 60-second piece of music for their final freestyle routines. In mp3 format, the file name and email subject must include the competitor’s first and last name. WNBF Poland reserves the right to request a freestyle routine for 100% of competitors.

 

Nudity:

During competitions, it is strictly forbidden to wear sportswear beyond the backstage area, the stage, or the designated photo wall . As athletes, you are expected to be modest and respectful of the human body.

Women have their own designated area backstage. Please maintain this clear division out of respect for the mental and physical well-being of women.

WNBF membership card:

Possession of an active WNBF membership card in the case of competitors from abroad or purchase of a WNBF membership card in the case of competitors living in Poland is a condition for participation in WNBF competitions.

The cost of the WNBF Poland card is 60 Euro (264 PLN) .

The card is a physical card similar to a credit card . Athletes with an active membership card are eligible to compete in all WNBF competitions in Europe and worldwide, with the exception of PRO competitions and competitions requiring qualifications.

The cards will be available for collection during verification or will be sent to the address in Poland provided in the form.

 

Selecting a category:

Selecting the main category and possibly (optional) the so-called cross-category if the competitor plans to start in more than one category.

The cost of the main category is 70 Euro (308 PLN). The cost of the added, second category is 50%, or 35 Euro (154 PLN).

We recommend that juniors move up to higher age categories to gain more stage experience, and in the case of symmetrical, proportional (top/bottom) figures, in addition to men’s physique, we recommend starting in the classic physique and bodybuilding categories, adapting posing appropriately to the category.

We do not recommend transferring to bodybuilding and classic training for athletes with less developed leg muscles.

The cost of access to the guide is 35 EUR (154 PLN)

While this posing guide isn’t mandatory, it’s definitely worth a read, even for advanced posing enthusiasts. It’s an incredibly effective investment in your stage presence. This one-stop guide covers the essential poses for all men’s categories: men’s physique, bodybuilding, and classic physique.

Polygraph test, also known as lie detector test:

It is mandatory for each competitor to have a valid polygraph examination confirming the status of an honest, clean athlete, carried out by the WNBF federation no later than 42 days before the competition.

If an athlete has not competed in WNBF competitions this season or more than 42 days have passed since his previous start, he is obliged to undergo a polygraph examination in Poland.

WNBF Polska will provide athletes with a professional polygraph examination service from October 31 to November 08 , 2025 The cost of the polygraph examination is 65 Euro (286 PLN).

A polygraph examination date and time will be assigned to the competitor after the registration process is completed. Please be available for the above dates.

To take the test, it is mandatory and necessary to read all the rules and prohibited substances listed on the WNBF OFFICIAL website.

It’s not enough to simply review the list; you should read it carefully, word by word, even if the names of the banned substances seem difficult to read. For those not comfortable with English, using a translator is recommended. Please also note the specific suspension periods listed for different groups of banned substances. For example, the suspension for using the stimulant geranium is 30 days, while the suspension for using anabolic steroids is 10 years. Please verify the suspension periods carefully.

Stress during a polygraph examination is completely normal and does not affect the test result; it is almost impossible for a person telling the truth to „mistakenly” fail the polygraph examination.

A positive opinion from a polygraph expert is a necessary basis for a competitor to be allowed to take the stage. The opinion of the polygraph expert is independent of WNBF Poland, although it is absolutely and ultimately respected.

Skin tanning and service before going on stage:

WNBF Polska will provide athletes with a professional and completely stress-free skin tanning service for competitions.

Spray tanning for competitions will be performed on the day of the competition, in a designated backstage area .

Spray tanning will be performed by a professional company , using top-class Pro Tan tanning cosmetics .

An athlete who decides to have a professional tanning service is contacted by a specialist who will guide them step by step through the skin preparation process before the competition..

Experts from the bronzing company accompany the athlete until they go on stage , ensuring that the skin’s color and radiance are in the best possible condition.

The cost of the tanning service with expert care is 60 Euro (264 PLN).

We recommend using the services of professionals for anyone who wants to be sure of a stress-free process of achieving perfect skin condition, especially since the full service is at a more attractive price than just purchasing a cosmetic set.

Regarding the venue’s policy regarding skin tanning for all competitors:

The use of private bronzer on the premises to apply color from scratch is strictly prohibited.  If a competitor declines professional service, the full color should be achieved independently, e.g., at the hotel. Therefore, competitors not using professional services are asked to arrive with a prepared tan and only make minor, subtle touch-ups , if necessary, and only in the designated backstage area.

Tanning with Dream Tan or other wearable bronzers is strictly prohibited. Using such bronzer will result in disqualification.

 

Coach or close person backstage, so-called „backstage-pass”:

We kindly ask you to understand that the backstage area for players is not a place for group meetings.

Many athletes want to sit comfortably and calmly await the important event, one they’ve often worked for years to achieve. Therefore, we respect the rule of one athlete, one person accompanying them behind the scenes . A coach or other accompanying person is perfectly capable of assisting the athlete with warm-ups and other necessary tasks.

The cost of the backstage pass is 40 Euro (175 PLN)

We encourage competitors to get to know each other and build relationships. The people you share backstage with share the same values in their hearts. This is a place where long-lasting friendships can be formed.

 

Tickets:

Athletes have a restricted pool of 600 tickets for their families and loved ones. This pool of tickets is reserved for the registration period .

During registration, please indicate the number of people you would like to invite. Tickets cost €29 (PLN 128). The total cost of the tickets will be added to the competitor’s total starting package.

We sincerely encourage competitors to use the reserved ticket pool and possibly settle the accounts with their loved ones later, as we want your loved ones to be able to accompany you on this undoubtedly special day. We respectfully warn you that once the pool is released, the „first come, first served” rule applies , and we have no control over who receives the available tickets.

 

Media:

It is no secret that the WNBF X DZIK Poland Championships will be a very media-focused physique sports event.

The combined forces of the  WK DZIK x TEAMNATURAL relationship are capable of ensuring hundreds of thousands of eyes on the best Polish natural physiques on the WNBF stage.

We believe that the competitors will consider this a great distinction and reward and will make every effort to show the sport of physique from the best side.

We have some great news for the athletes. In addition to professional materials and coverage created for media channels, as a gift from the WNBF, we will also be preparing a completely free professional photo and video coverage to give the athletes a keepsake, as well as materials needed for self-promotion on social media.
